Hoe-Down

The annual Hoe‑Down transforms the Darien Community Center’s lawn into a lively country‑dance arena, inviting residents to swing partners and enjoy line‑dancing under a canopy of autumn leaves. Local musicians will spin classic fiddle tunes while families gather around picnic tables for homemade treats. This free, all‑ages celebration captures the spirit of Mid‑western harvest festivals and offers a perfect weekend outing for Darien’s neighbors. Bring your dancing shoes and a smile for an unforgettable evening of community camaraderie.
