Baking Classes with Chef P – The Haunted Cookie Kitchen

Join Pastry Chef Petrina Collins for a seasonal and themed baking classes in the Cheney kitchen.  These aren't cupcakes and cake pops.  You will create beautiful, detailed and delicious baked goods you can easily then make at home. October is time for all things Halloween.  These are not your typical halloween cookies.  These cookies have a spooky dark delicious side.  You will learn how to use royal icing, isomalt and other cool techniques to create some unusual show stopping cookies just in time for Halloween.
